<p>We’re looking for a data-driven, entrepreneurial and creative UK Marketing manager. Come join at the ground floor of Turo’s UK operation, help create a successful launch and accelerate our growth by driving local marketing efforts on a variety of web, mobile and offline channels.</p> <p>You will work closely with our Marketing team in San Francisco and local agencies to define local user acquisition &amp; retention strategies, to identify expansion opportunities, to use data to optimize campaigns and to drive UK campaign localization.</p> <p>This is a unique opportunity to join a small team building something great. Then read on</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee offline activity in the UK: drive brand awareness and consideration through traditional channels: events, partnerships, above and below the line</li> <li>Drive and own local user acquisition and retention efforts on a variety of channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, email, etc.) and platforms (Web, Mobile), working closely with agencies to deliver results</li> <li>Define local strategies, launch new campaigns and optimize existing ones through direct campaign execution or collaboration with our central marketing team and our marketing agencies</li> <li>Own campaign localization process: messaging, segmentation, etc.</li> <li>Monitor and analyze performance metrics of paid campaigns (LTV, CPA, etc.) and optimize to achieve ROI-positive results within each channel and across platforms </li> <li>Collaborate with designers &amp; copywriters to produce high quality creative and ad copies</li> <li>Report on strategic insights that can be leveraged across the team and the entire organization, such as best performing messaging, audiences, and more</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Education in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines</li> <li>3+ year experience in Online Marketing, Growth, Strategy Consulting in the technology/e-commerce industry, or related</li> <li>Strong experience with self-serve platforms (Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc.) and third-party analytics packages (Google Analytics, Flurry, Optimizely, etc.)</li> <li>Familiarity with Excel, and relational databases</li> <li>Proficient in conducting detailed data analyses and using metrics to drive business results </li> <li>Excellent creativity, sense of visual design, and ability to produce compelling copy, with great attention to detail</li> <li>Positive mental attitude, high energy, high integrity, enthusiastic, down to earth, pioneering, sense of humor, and a commitment to our mission</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment; you’ll have guidance when you need it, but you’re also goal oriented and can execute without close supervision</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary and meaningful equity</li> <li>Apple equipment</li> <li>Four weeks paid time off, volunteer time off, generous parental leave</li> <li>Weekly team lunch</li> <li>Company-sponsored happy hours and team events</li> <li>Turo owner matching and vehicle reimbursement program</li> <li>Turo travel credit every month</li> </ul> <p>We're an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
