Verification Operations Specialist

<p>We’re looking for a world-class Operations Specialist to join our San Francisco team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Verification, Customer Support and Product teams.  You will help develop and improve our verification processes to accelerate growth while minimizing risk. </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Create and maintain up to date workflows, process documentation and content library making sure it is complete and accurate</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure all customer related email templates are aligned with latest process and on-brand</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Create the training curricula and documentation ensuring it is constantly up to date and comprehensive</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build reporting for all verification related process</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Interface with our product team to become an expert on new features to include them correctly in the verification processes</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Interface with legal and policy teams to ensure content is compliant and accurate</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Consistently contribute ideas to further improve the processes quality and efficiency</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Represent Turo’s mission, vision, and values with integrity and professionalism</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Outstanding written and verbal communication skills </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Passion to articulate and document complex process workflows in a creative and concise way</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Great problem solving skills and analytical abilities</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Interest in Operations Management</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to work independently with little or no supervision/direction.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Outstanding attention to detail, with strong ethic of personal responsibility</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to work well both independently and cross-functionally</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Reporting skills</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Undergraduate degree required</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bonus: start-up experience</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience using Zendesk or other CRM or customer service applications, and strong knowledge of Gmail, Google Docs, and Excel. </span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary and meaningful equity</li> <li>Employer paid medical, dental, and vision insurance</li> <li>Apple equipment</li> <li>Four weeks paid time off, volunteer time off, generous parental leave</li> <li>Weekly catered lunch</li> <li>Stocked kitchen and beverages</li> <li>Company-sponsored happy hours and team events</li> <li>Turo owner matching and vehicle reimbursement program</li> <li>Turo travel credit every month</li> </ul> <p>We're an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
