Pickup from my location is always Free. *Free delivery within 10 miles if booked 4+ days trip* Return have a 30 minutes grace period. If past the grace period a Late Fee will begin at a rate of $30/Hour NO SMOKING 🚭 I will have to charge a extra fee of $150 for any sign of smoking. Please return clean or prepaid for the post trip cleaning $100 fee otherwise I will have to charge at the end of your trip. 🗑 If interior required deep clean. Additional Fee up to $200 **If guest declined liability insurance coverage offer on Turo. Please have own personal insurance available that shown proof coverage will covered any vehicles driven by guest. Or please temporarily add renting vehicle onto personal insurance policy for the duration of the rental. Provide to host ahead of pickup** Feel free to reach out ahead for further question.

Asked owner if the vehicle had any damage, he stated it was “brand new”. Arrived to the car having cover up paint in certain spots, dents, scratches, a busted tail light, and the inside of the car was covered with dirt on the seats and doors as if it wasn’t cleaned prior to being dropped off to us. Car was not in “brand new” quality and that is why I rated it low.

Our trip was amazing! This Sprinter Van worked out perfectly for our family of 12. We were able to visit various places in Arizona, all together, and we had plenty of room. Hoa is a great person to deal with, very responsive! My wife wants to buy a Sprinter now...
