Low on gas and difficulty finding vehicle ( all when I arrived

Great van, very spacious. No issues with transmission or engine or anything in the vehicle components. Great on gas, goes about 400 miles on a full tank. Great A/C in that florida weather. The owner wanted to charge me $46 dollars for cleaning because of a little dust that was left inside the van, but I requested a review and just paid $20 which was the original cleaning fee that I had already paid for. Other than that, please be prepared if van is picked up at an airport, the parking fee must be paid by the renter and neither Eduardo or Turo reimburse that back to you.

Eduardo was nice. The car was clean and it drove smoothly. However, I was charged $533 because apparently I went over the mileage. I was dropping my daughter off to college. We went to Tallahassee which is about 400 miles alone from where I’m from. Apparently I went 900 miles over and I’m just trying to figure out how. I did the calculations myself and calculated the miles we’ve used according to our GPS (we used it everywhere) and it does not even amount to 900 miles. My biggest mistake was not taking any pictures while picking up the car and after. I chose to use Turo because of how cheap the cars are. But after this I am never using this app again. I usually use Enterprise who does not randomly charge me for going certain miles. Even though they’re more pricy but at least their quality is better and won’t hit their customers with excessive fees right after.

Hi, You drove the car for more than 1000 miles, while we did had a mileage limit on that car. We only charged you for the mileage that you went above the limit
