Pickup Instructions @ THTCars Vehicle is parked @ 5719 Edward Drive, Houston, TX 77032 * This is location is only few minutes away from George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) Airport. * The car will be parked at front of the building and photos will be shared with you before rental start time, please make sure that you upload requested photos under one hour of rental start time. * Once you reach at the car, please send your last photo with the vehicle at your background and we will remotely unlock the vehicle, you will find key inside the center console. * Vehicle is equipped with EZTAG which can be used during this trip and we will be sending tolls reimbursement request if any used. It is a good practice to take photos and upload in turo app at the start and end of rental.

Instructions: 1) please upload following two photos in turo app under trip photos or send @ Turo messages. a) Photo of your driver's license. b) Selfie photo 🤳 with driver's license in your hand near to your face. 2) Parking spot location and pickup instructions will be sent to you once vehicle is parked at designated location. 3) For any questions or concerns please use TURO TEXTING to communicate with our support team. ################################### Pickup Instructions @ George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) Please follow instructions for the remote pickup: * Head to the baggage claim area and get your bags if you have bags checked in. outside Baggage Claim/Arrivals Level, Terminals A, B, C and E Terminal A: south side, Door A-115 Terminal B: south side, B-103 Terminal C: south side, Door C-106 Terminal E: south side, Door E-103 B Follow signs to “Ground Transportation” Exits are marked with “Shuttle Service” * The car is parked at “EcoPark (16152 John F Kennedy Blvd Houston, TX 77032)" * This is privately owned paid public parking and not a Turo provided solution so please do not mention Turo during pickup and drop off. * Please look up for their shuttle which will take you to the parking garage free of cost. * The car will be parked inside the parking garage and parking spot location number will be shared with you before rental start time, please make sure that you already uploaded photos as requested in previous text. * Once you have parking spot location number please ride on “ecopark” shuttle and provide spot number to shuttle driver so he can drop you to the exact spot. * Once you reach at the car, please send your last photo with the vehicle at your background. * Once I have your last photo I’ll unlock the car and you can find the key and the ticket inside the center console. * At the exit of parking garage you have to use parking ticket and pay parking fee which will be under $10 * If parking fee is more than $10, additional paid parking will be refunded back to you. * Vehicle is equipped with EZTAG and you can use it, once rental is closed we will be sending tolls reimbursement request.
