Truck will be located in easily visible location from road, look for small 4 unit apt complex with palm trees, truck will be first parking space on the right as you walk up, apt is light and dark brown.

Guidelines

--- GUIDELINES/CONDITIONS —- (1) Absolutely NO SMOKING (of any kind), this includes marijuana, cigarettes, cloves, cigars, etc. If the vehicles smells of any kind of smoke or marijuana, you will be fully responsible for all costs associated with having the vehicle decontaminated (Starts at $120 up to $250). JUST DON’T DO IT or pick a different host) (2) No Racing, Peel-outs, Donuts, or Off-roading is permitted. The vehicle is equipped with a monitoring system that tracks location and speed logs. We also complete inspections and measure tire tread depth before and after every trip to ensure no excessive wear and tear. Evidence of excessive wear and tear will result in additional charges. Please be conscientious of your use of our vehicle as we take pride in providing you with an excellent product. (3) NO PETS. We ask this to avoid issues with allergies. Any pet hair found in vehicles may incur additional fees. (4) Travel outside of the country is strictly prohibited. GPS monitoring and state boundary alerts provide notification of travel outside of the State of Arizona. Any travel outside of the state must be communicated with the Host PRIOR to travel and approved by the Host. Communication is important! (5) If you need any additional time during your rental, you are required to request an extension before your trip has ended. Trips returned 60 minutes past the return time are automatically reported to Turo and charges for additional usage and late fees will apply. We often have other guests scheduled so it is important to be punctual. (6) Tickets and Tolls are your responsibility. Failure to properly maintain the cars condition or to follow state laws will be charged to you as the guest. (7) Additional Drivers MUST be added to the reservation, so that Turo can approve the added drive prior to the start of the trip. This provides protection for all parties. (8) Turo App Required. For all of our bookings, we do require that you have access to the Turo app on a smartphone during your rental. This will be needed for communication as well as Trip Photos. You will especially need this when picking the vehicle up and when returning it. (9) The vehicle should be fully cleaned upon time of return. Our vehicle stay in great condition because we take care and pride in our vehicles. We require the vehicles to be hand-washed prior to return unless you add a "Post Trip Cleaning" services. If the vehicle is returned dirty there will be a cleaning charge. (10) Please refrain from eating in the vehicles. We realize their are time you are hungry while traveling, but that’s not what is covered in the “vehicle cleaning”. If you elect to consume food while in the vehicle it is your responsibility to remove any remnants prior to returning the vehicle.   • How do I add an authorized driver? Can you add this person as an authorized driver for me?

    As a host, we do not have the ability to add or remove an authorized driver as it is handled solely by Turo’s “Trust and Safety Team”. Here are the instructions for you to add an authorized driver from Turo’s FAQ section. 1. Log onto Turo.com or the Turo mobile app. 2. Open the Trips tab at the top of the screen. 3. Choose Booked from the dropdown menu. 4. Open the trip you’re interested in. 5. Scroll down to the section labeled DRIVERS. 6. Tap Add driver. 7. Enter the email address associated with your additional driver’s Turo account. If they don’t have a Turo account yet, enter a valid email address they check regularly. 8. Look for a status update on your Trip details page or an email from us letting you know if your driver has been approved. **Note** To speed up the process, have your driver create a Turo account and get approved to drive before you request to add them to your trip.

  • Can anyone else pick up the car on my behalf? What about the authorized driver?

    Unfortunately, per Turo’s requirements, as the person booking the vehicle you would need to pick it up in person. The other individual would not be authorized to pick it up on your behalf. The relevant Turo “Terms of Service” states: Guest check-in instructions: identity verification In-person check-in: The primary guest on the trip must be the one to meet the host and present their current, valid driver’s license for the host’s review. Keep these check-in guidelines in mind: Hosts cannot give the car to anyone who is listed as an additional driver on the trip.

  • Can I pick the vehicle up early?

    Unfortunately, per Turo’s host agreement, we aren’t able to release the car sooner than the scheduled start time. The only way to pick up the car early would be to request a modification to the trip reflecting the earlier start time.

  • How do I upload the pictures you need, or view the pictures you have taken/uploaded for me?

    If you go into to your “trip details”, you can scroll down until you see “trip photos”. From there, you just select “view and add photos”. It will give you the option to upload any photos related to the trip, as well as to view the photos that I will take relating to the trip.
