Need suggestions on great restaurants, places to go deep sea fishing, or the best local beaches we are here to help.. ✔️ 🚫🦠🚫 For Guest safety and comfort all our vehicles are completely cleaned and Sanitized before and after each trip with a full line of Meguiar's professional solutions, and an OZone Machine is utilized to clean the cabin air ✔️ I am Flexible and Reachable anytime. ✔️ I have not and will not cancel a trip! ✔️ Airport delivery at the Orlando International Airport Available ✔️ Vehicle Equipped with an E-Pass (toll pass) for a faster and easy trip ✔️ FREE Vehicle Cleaning available to guests for greater convenience with trips two days or longer (Don't want to pay to clean the exterior of the vehicle, remove bugs and vacuum the carpet? no worries as we have a contract with a service wash-bay with several locations throughout the Orlando area and within miles of the Orlando international Airport where you can wash the car for free). This wash-bay has bug prep stations, vacuums and towels available to dry the vehicle at no cost to our guest. The Ford Raptor is a glorious pickup truck, a Tonka toy for adults, a Transformer made real, a brutish, seven-foot-wide hulk that, merely by the appearance of its Armageddon-ready profile, causes nearby traffic to scurry for cover. Yet it also delivers a driving experience as comfortable and plush as a premium luxury sedan with 450 horsepower, and 510 torque. ** Truck Bed Dimensions: 5’5” & 1,200 pounds payload capacity Note: Premium Gas (91 octane) ONLY - Receipts must be supplied upon return PARKING DETAILS Within Blocks of the Orlando International Airport Guidelines🚫: We respectfully ask our guests to follow the below guidelines. ✔️ NO out of state travel allowed. ✔️ NO Moving, off-roading or trailing allowed with this vehicle ✔️ NO smoking 🚭, vaping of any kind, narcotics and/or animals 🐶🐱🐵🐥🐢🐙🐠🐉 are allowed inside our vehicles. We want to keep our vehicles in great condition for each and every renter 👍. ✔️ Guest must return the vehicle in the condition rented to include cleanliness ✔️ We request our Guests not to spray and/or wipe any chemicals, sanitizers and/or cleaners onto the leather, steering wheel, doors, or glass, etc as these items can cause staining and/or damage. Host has vehicle specific cleaners for our vehicles that we maintain for your health and safety.

Guidelines
- Absolutely NO out of State Travel - NO Moving, off-roading or trailing allowed with this vehicle ($200.00 + penalty) - NO Animals of any kind allowed inside vehicle ($250.00 penalty) - Absolutely NO Smoking, vaping or Illegal Narcotics allowed in vehicle ($250 penalty) - E-Pass equipped. Renters are responsible to pay for tolls they use during their trip. A reimbursement will be requested at the end of the trip if any tolls are used, via Turo app - The vehicle must be returned with the equivalent amount of fuel that it was originally rented out with. If you’re short on time, no worries you can always add on the fuel option and leave that to me. - If the vehicle is not returned in the condition it was rented out in and not ready for the next guest a post cleaning fee of $30 is automatically added on by the host. - If there is a lockbox placed on the car and it is not returned at the end of your trip there is a $100 replacement fee. ✔️ Turo Legal Notice: Turo does not cover tears, stains, or damage to vehicle electronics such as scratches to the radio touch screens or other interior damage nor does Turo reimburse Host for any deductibles for exterior damage; as such the guest is liable for the cost of any interior damage and Hosts insurance deductible ($1,625.00). We recommend our guests elect Turo's Standard or Premier Insurance Policy if they do not have vehicle rental coverage with their primary insurance provider to limit this liability.

Good Day Sir Thank you for the feedback, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Not sure what else we could have done, we made sure to accommodate every last minute location and time change, answered every message you sent us, and made sure we provided you a clean and sanitized vehicle. I know you were not happy with the post trip cleaning fee but BBQ sauce in the door panels, on the floor and stains on the rear seats requires a lot of cleaning. We do thank you for being a guest.
