We value you as a guest, but there are a few things that we ask you please not do in our vehicles. -No smoking of anything is permitted. This includes cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, or any other form of smoking device. Smoking of any kind will incur a $250 or more cleaning fee. -As much as we love animals, please, no pets in the car. -Reckless driving, under any circumstances, will not be allowed or permitted. These vehicles have GPS systems, and we will be alerted if reckless driving or excessive speeding occurs. As flexible as we try to be, we have a pretty strict policy about abuse of vehicles. -Please do not attempt to have the car washed on your own; we provide a complete solution when renting from us, and we take care of cleaning the vehicles in between rentals professionally. If the vehicle is extremely dirty, and you feel as though you need to clean it before it’s brought back, please contact us so we can instruct you on where to go to get it cleaned. Automatic car washes are strictly prohibited on any of our vehicles. -Under no circumstances should the vehicle ever be left with a key in it unattended . -Under no circumstances whatsoever is anyone other than the person who rented the vehicle and authorized secondary drivers permitted to drive the vehicle. If this is violated, and there is an accident that occurs, the insurance company will deny the claim and it will be 100% your responsibility for damages to the vehicle, damages to any other vehicle or property, and lost revenue of the vehicle while it’s being repaired. This is a very strict policy on the part of Turo, and heavily enforced by their insurance company. -Have fun and enjoy the car, but please be respectful and remember that this vehicle is owned by a person, not a major corporation. We don’t mind cleaning up after our guests, in fact, we expect it, but please try to be mindful and keep the trash and debris to a minimum. Excessive wear and tear, mud, trash, or extreme cleaning conditions will result in an additional cleaning fee. We try as hard as we can to deliver you a vehicle in the best possible condition; please do the courtesy of trying to return it to us as close to that same condition as possible within reason. - Please only use DIESEL FUEL when refilling our vehicles. ANY FUEL OTHER THAN DIESEL FUEL USED WILL RESULT IN EXTREMELY COSTLY REPAIRS IN EXCESS OF $10,000
