Alleu was very considerate and attentive. I booked the reservation and accidentally used the wrong card, I canceled and rebooked immediately, I sent Alleu a message and he was very understanding and accommodating. He called me the morning of my booking to notify me that he had to work and if I could pick it up at an earlier time, which I didn't mind.
