This will be a remote pickup using self check-in. Upon arriving at the vehicle, please take two pictures and upload them through the Turo app. The first picture needed is a picture of your drivers license. The second pic needed is a selfie of you holding the driver’s license next to your face with the car in the background. Please message me in the app when you've uploaded the pictures. Once I have received the pictures I will unlock the car remotely. The key will be inside the glove compartment in an RFID protected pouch.

How do I get the key?
This is a remote pickup and the key will be placed inside a lockbox on the car window. I will provide you with the lockbox code no sooner than 30 minutes before your reservation begins.
How do I extend my trip?
Here are some helpful tips for you if you'd like to extend: 1. To submit an extension request, go into the reservation and select "change trip." Put in the new date and time and I will be sent a request for approval. As long as it isn't booked by another guest, I will most likely approve it. 2. You snooze you lose (especially on the weekends)! There's a very good chance someone else may book the vehicle you wish to extend and you won't be able to, especially Thursday through Sunday. As soon as you know you'd like to extend, do so right away to make sure you beat others to it! 3. Please submit extension requests ONE HOUR OR MORE before the end of your reservation. Sometimes problems happen with the system or your account and if you don't get your extension request in by the end of the trip, Turo will not allow it. 4. Many guests seem to submit extension requests in the middle of the night. This is risky as I am not likely to see it while sleeping, and the request may expire, or someone else may book the vehicle, before I get to it. Please submit extension requests between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm for best results.
What type of gas do I need to use?
The Jeep Gladiator takes regular fuel. 87 octane is fine.

This vehicle is everything you hope it is and more. Great ride on the highway even with the aggressive tires. Only negatives are that your wrist is going to be sore from all the Jeep waves you’ll be making and possibly being late to your appointments from all of the compliments you’ll be getting. Seriously though, this thing was a pleasure to drive. All the best parts of a Wrangler plus a truck bed with a tonneau cover for privacy and protection. Nav, CarPlay and very comfortable steps that extend when you open the door. Easy in and out. Host was great and allowed us to extend the trip twice. Will rent again.
