Add optional Extras to your trip at checkout.

When you book your trip please upload a picture of your valid state issued drivers license and valid insurance card under trip photos. Please include additional valid drivers license's of anyone in your party who will be driving the vehicle and make sure they are properly added to the trip in Turo. We require licenses and insurance for every trip and need them uploaded ahead of time so we can provide the best rental experience possible. If you are unable to provide valid proof of both do not book the trip. We will deliver you a car in excellent cosmetic, physical and maintenance condition and expect the car to be returned as such. Turo's guest agreement states all damage occurring to a vehicle while in the guests possession or "on a trip" are the soul responsibility of the guest, and will bill the guest for any damage to the car that cannot be removed in our standard cleaning process of vacuuming, sanitizing and washing the vehicle. Absolutely no smoking in the vehicle. We do not charge cleaning fees for that basic service we provide between every trip, however if you think the car will require more than a basic vacuuming and wash when you are done we strongly advise you purchase a post trip cleaning when you book the trip. We also recommend the post trip cleaning option if Kid's and Pets will be along for the ride. Please see Turo's Terms of Service regarding the cleaning policy for more details on what sort of cleaning you may be charged for. The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank of gas and needs to be returned with the same fuel level. We understand that life happens and if you think refilling it before you have to make a flight will be a challenge please purchase a post trip refueling in the extras section and we will take care of it for you at no additional charge.
