Had an absolute grade-A experience with Ronald. The Gladiator is a fun mid-size truck and much more comfortable than you might think on long highway trips. Ron himself is a complete professional and stand-up guy, even helping me out after I'd lost my smartphone. 10/10 I'd rent from Ron again in a heatrbeat.
