Rental Guidelines • Car Seat Available: A Car seat is available upon request. Please let us know in advance if you need it for your trip. • No Pets: To maintain the car in its best condition and ensure comfort for all renters, we kindly ask that no pets are brought into the vehicle. • No Smoking: Smoking inside the car is strictly prohibited. This helps us keep the car fresh and clean for everyone. • Charging: (NOT FREE) Feel free to use any Tesla Supercharging station for your convenience. Just remember not to push down on the charging cover after opening. There is a mobile charger available if needed upon request. • Tutorials and Entertainment: Explore the “theater” section on the car’s display for a comprehensive set of tutorials on the vehicle’s features, as well as entertainment options. • Spills and Cleanliness: Napkins are provided in the glove box for minor spills. We appreciate your help in keeping the car clean for the next user. • Reporting Issues: If you encounter any problems or have questions during your rental, please don’t hesitate to reach out immediately for assistance.
