My family had a nice weekend in Cleveland. There were 6 of us and we were in town for a wedding. We were able to see some sights on our own down time outside of the wedding festivities. AMIEL ABELLANA’s customer service is impeccable! She makes you feel like a million bucks ! You would be a fool if you do not book with her. Amiel’s vehicle was not only clean but had a full tank and you know those other rental places do not. I know that she made my son’s prom amazing. All of the children gathered around the Jeep Wrangler to take pictures.
Fred is an amazing host. Very accommodating on pick up and the drop off. He communicates very well to make sure everything goes smoothly. This has been my best experience since I've joined Turo and the Jeep is well worth the price, I didn't want to give it back! I will definitely be renting with Fred again when I get back in town.

This was a lifesaver for a family traveling with small children. We didn't have to drag everyone over to the rental car area. Frechic was on the phone when I couldn't find the car initially (unfamiliar with garage) and very patient. We needed an extra hour at the return end and it was easy.
