This is a TuroGo trip, you have access to unlock car remotely at your Reservation start time. Follow the check in steps and document with pictures. Keys are in the middle console. 5402 Old Dowd Rd, Charlotte, US, NC 28208 -At the gate, press the button to get a ticket. This is just to get in. If the attendant ask; you’re going to uncovered parking and don’t need a shuttle. -Continue to back of lot to get to uncovered parking. -Scan same ticket to get through second gate. -Vehicle will be parked on Row J -Use QR code in photos to exit gates. You must return the vehicle with the interior cleaned to the condition you received it in, otherwise, you will be assessed a cleaning fee. There is no smoking or vaping of any kind in our vehicle. There will be a charge of $250 for smoke removal.

#1 - Return vehicle 100% full of gas. Please return with a full tank unless you select the prepaid fuel option. There will be a penalty charge for any violation of this policy #2 - This is NOT TO BE USED AS A WORK TRUCK OR FOR MOVING, an appropriate review will be left if this is disregarded** #3 - No PETS, DRINKS OR SMOKING - Cigs, ecigs, weed, etc. If this policy is violated, I will charge a $150 cleaning fee (per Turo's guidelines) #4 - You must return the vehicle with the interior cleaned to the condition you received it in, otherwise, you will be assessed a cleaning fee. #5 - GPS TRACKER will be utilized #6 - Prohibited uses of this vehicle include and/or not limited to pushing, towing, off-roading, racing and driving intoxicated/under influence. #7 - PLEASE be mindful while parking of the black wheels. Will have to charge for rim rash/paint chips to the wheels . Pictures are taken before each rental. #8 - Please treat the automobile like your own.
