You can exit on either the East or West side of the terminal. 2a. For WEST: Exit at door 504, move to island 3, look for the “ParkDIA” sign (A-frame sign on the ground). 2b. For EAST: Exit at door 513, move to island 3, look for the “ParkDIA” sign (A-frame sign on the ground). 3. 🅿️ Once at the “ParkDIA” sign (A-frame sign on the ground), enter the next shuttle to arrive. You will not need to show anything to enter the shuttle. 4. Tell the driver you are picking up from Row “I” Orange 🟠 Section 0 “Zero”, right by the covered structure. 5. 🔑🟢KEYS: There will be a lockbox on the driver window, I will send you the code for it. The keys are inside the lockbox. After entering the vehicle, roll down the window, remove the lockbox, and store it somewhere secure in the vehicle until the end of your trip. 6. To exit the lot, follow the exit signs to the Exit Plaza and pull up to the exit gate. The gate will open automatically for you (there is an AVI tag on the front windshield which scans automatically). Sometimes you need to pull up very close to the gate. Lock the car, and put the key in the lockbox. 4b. 🔑🟢 Use the same code I sent you before your trip to secure the lockbox. If the code doesn’t seem to be working, reset by press the button at the bottom of the keypad and re-enter the code. ⚠️ MAKE SURE THE VEHICLE IS LOCKED ⚠️ 5. I recommend using the shuttle stop in the middle of the covered structure (marked by a big, illuminated orange 🟠 “SHUTTLE PICK UP” sign). • Does the shuttle run 24/7?

  Yes, you can pick up anytime, day or night.

• What if I arrive a little late - when can I pick up and drop off?

  You can pick up and drop off the vehicle anytime within your rental window. I do contactless pick-up/drop-off, so if you pick up late or drop off early it is no problem. The parking lot I use is automated, so the gates will open for you automatically when you pick-up/drop-off, anytime, day or night.

• Can you deliver the vehicle for me?

  I only do pick-up/drop-off at ParkDIA! As a host, I do not deliver anywhere outside this area. Otherwise I spend all my time moving vehicles and ubering everywhere you can imagine.

• How do tolls work?

  My toll tag discounts toll roads you may drive on by 40%. The remainder is billed to you through Turo after your trip is complete, once I get the statements.

• Can I smoke marijuana in your vehicle?

  Smoking of any substance in my vehicle will result in devastating shrinkage of genitalia (not worth testing it). To make it even worse, you will be fined by Turo. Please do not do it.

• Do you have snow tires or chains?

  I keep all-season tires on my cars, not specifically snow tires. I do not provide chains with any rental - they are only required for extreme situations, they are difficult to install correctly, and cause damage when used incorrectly. Be sure to follow traction laws in Colorado and carefully plan routes in the winter.
