Eazy breezy, needed the truck for a last minute business trip and Gerssons truck did the job for me. Pickup and drop off were easy. The truck was in great shape, comfortable and had everything needed for my 3 day trip.

The truck was nice and in good shape, but it was dirty when we got it. The owner said we could run it through a car wash since he had unlimited washes. We did that out of courtesy for him, not a big deal. Once I turned the car back over he asked for us to pay a $12 parking fee for leaving it in the garage at the airport. I had to pay $12 when I picked it up as well. Not a huge deal again but seems like that should've been covered in the almost $700 in fees for the 4 day rental. It just felt like we were getting nickel and dimed for such small fees. It was already a very expensive rental so $12 shouldn't have been an issue.

Hi Jay, as mentioned before and per the vehicles description, guests are responsible for parking fees. I am sorry you do not agree to paying $12.00 but it was part of the agreement prior to booking.
