The Jeep was so fun to drive. Syuzanna and her assistant were amazing hosts. Very quick to respond and answer our questions. We were delayed getting into town to pick up the Jeep and they were very accommodating and understanding. Would definitely rent from them again

I would totally use rafayel again we also rented from another person on the same trip and it was not the same experience we had to hunt down that vehicle like a mile away from the airport terminal but rafayel picked us up at terminal exit thank goodness he did so we had one vehicle for our search for our second vehicle.

Travis was an awesome host. He made pickup and drop off very easy, gave us lots of great info and tips about the vehicle, and was very accommodating. The Rivian was in great shape - very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Betsy was absolutely amazing top to bottom! From the arrival and pick up check out of my vehicle to the customer service in between and dropping the vehicle off! I would absolutely rent from her in any city if she had it! Lol keep up the great work Betsy and you have a repeat customer! 5 🌟 on here but 10 stars in my book!!!

nene was a great communicative host. the truck came as advertised. and when i had to extend it was not a problem. great first experience w turo. (although i would add to the brand that business/leisure kinda doesn’t properly encompass moving a family member…)
