GUIDELINES The Guide below has been put together to outline all you need to know about your trip with us. * BEFORE THE RENTAL * The Turo app: First and foremost, you will need the Turo app for this rental to work. If you do not have it, please download it - otherwise you won't be able to check in or out. * GETTING STARTED * Per TURO's requirements you will need to take and upload 2 pictures to warrant your insurance coverage on the vehicle. 1) A close-up of your drivers’ licence. 2) A photo with both your face and the driver's license (in the same picture, like a selfie) Please upload these 2 photos to "Trip Photos" within 24 hours of the start of your trip We may not be able to answer phone calls at all times. The best way to reach us is via messaging on the Turo app. 🚭No Smoking and No Pets Allowed‼️ • The vehicle will be handed over to Primary Account Holder after checking the Original Driving License only. • For identity verification, an Additional photo id (passport or any other government-issued id) may be required at pickup along with your original driving license. • No un-authorized drivers allowed if not listed on account. 👉 Minimum 48 hours upfront notice required to change/shorten any ongoing/active trip, shorter notice trip change will not be accepted. * IMPORTANT INFO * Gas: Please return the car will the same amount of fuel as when you received the car. Any missing fuel will be charged through reimbursements at the end of your trip. Cleaning: When you rent from us, you will always receive a fully cleaned and sanitized vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle, we expect our cars to be returned clean. If you prefer not to return it clean, you can opt to add the "Post-trip cleaning" option to your trip receipt at the time of booking. If the car is returned not cleaned, we may choose to request reimbursement for cleaning costs. Please make sure all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle prior to dropping off the car. Impoundment: Should the car be impounded for any reason, you are responsible for paying the rental fee for the period the car is impounded as well as any release fees. 407 ETR: Any toll routes will be billed 3-4 weeks after your rental is complete. Smoking Fee: $250.00 Cleaning fee. As per all rental cars there is a NO SMOKING allowed inside the vehicle. TURO is a no-smoking platform. Late Returns: Fee: $50 for each hour the car is late. Avoidance: If you see your running out of time extend the rental through the app. GPS: This car is tracked in real-time any careless or reckless use the car will be shut down immediately through our GPS system (yes we can do that) If occurred following extra charges will be charged to your Turo account (as per Turo Policy) at the end of the trip : • Extra mess or Food/Liquid spill Cleaning Fees, • Smoking/Carrying Pets Cleaning Fees, • Late Return Fees, • Re-Fueling Fees: Fuel Cost + Admin Fees, • Parking/Traffic Violation Fines: Actual Violation Fine + Admin Fees, • Toll Charges: Actual Toll Bill + Admin Fees, Returning the Car: When returning the car to our location, we will communicate with you where the car should be parked. Once parked follow the checkout steps on the app. **Thank you for choosing to rent our car, we trust you will have a great time *

• What happens if I return the car late?

  Returning the car late may affect the next guest’s trip. I would recommend letting your host know in advance that you are running late and extending your trip if necessary. Late return penalties may apply.

• Do I have to return the car gas full?

  Yes, please return the car with the same amount of gas as you picked it up. If you didn't have time to fill it up, I will do it for you for $30.

• Is smoking in the car allowed?

  NO SMOKING in the car, or even prior to getting into the car, as the smoke from clothes transfers to the car. If the next guest complaints regarding cigarette or weed smell in the car, you will be charged $250 fine.

• Do I have to return the car clean?

  Unless you're renting the car for more than 5 days, I expect the car to be returned as clean as it was given to you. Use any automatic car wash, there are plenty around the city. For longer rentals - 5 or more days, you may return the car with normal amounts of exterior road dirt and interior dirt, but if the car is returned in an excessively dirty condition that requires special cleaning, you will be billed the actual cost to clean it.

• Are you flexible with mileage?

  Extra mileage is charged at a rate determined by Turo.
