It threw me off the gas wasn’t completely full. The car had an odor to it, steering wasn’t fully smooth & service light flashed on/off. When I communicated my concerns they were not addressed. It could be been an off day for us all, just not the best ride for me.

First time using Turo. The process was easy and Ronald made sure I had all the info needed.

Car was ok, but one of the blind spot monitors was broken, the speakers would randomly go out, and there were a couple of warnings in the dashboard. Ronald will make sure you have all the info needed and was responsive when needed.

Ronald was great and i appreciated his quick and clear communication. The vehicle was dirty when I got in, was parked in the wrong place so I had to go on a bit of a hunt to find it, and there was ash all over the inside because the previous user had clearly been smoking in it, but that’s not Ronald’s fault. I do wish there was a day between rentals so the vehicle could have been checked and cleaned first though, and that’s the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.

There was an audio system failure that probably should be resolved but it didn’t stop me from being able to use it, so no complaints there.

Overall, it was a fine trip. The pick up location was easy to find, but again, if there had been time in between rentals to ensure everything was good, the owner would have been able to make sure the vehicle actually was at the pickup location instead of a couple blocks away.

Overall, I would rent from him again.

Pick up and drop off was really easy and smooth. The car ran great with no problems. Ronald was great to work with and I look forward to working with him again!
