You can enter/exit using the EZ-Pass Toll lane. These costs will be billed to you after the end of your trip.

Guidelines

Here are a few basic guidelines to follow: ( 📞 ) If you need roadside assistance, please call Turo at [Number redacted for privacy and security] and choose the option for roadside assistance. ( 🪪 ) THE ONLY PERSON THAT CAN PICKUP THE CAR IS YOU, THE PRIMARY DRIVER. WE CANNOT RELEASE THE CAR TO ANYONE OTHER THAN THE PRIMARY DRIVER. The only document you need is your physical valid driver license. Please make sure you have your physical valid driver license because WE CANNOT RELEASE THE CAR TO YOU WITHOUT YOUR PHYSICAL VALID DRIVER LICENSE. ( ✅ ) Enjoy your ride without the stress of stopping at Toll Plazas with EZ-Pass in car. EZ-Pass Tag Fees : Toll charges incurred during your trip will be invoiced to you after your trip has ended. EZ-Pass can take up to 30 - 60 days to post all toll charges. A final invoice with the total amount owed for your EZ-Pass Toll charges will be sent to you within 30 - 60 days after your trip has ended for payment. By booking this rental you agree to the terms listed above. The “Total miles included” on Turo is the limit for your entire trip. Please make sure you’re aware of the number of miles included for your trip. There will be a fee for additional miles driven. Unless you select unlimited miles as an *extra. ( ⏱️ ) Yes you can extend your trip ! As long as the calendar is open, I will approve. If you think you will not be able to return the car by your scheduled end date and end time listed on Turo, please use the “Change trip” and “Change trip length” options to extend your trip before it officially ends. If the car is not returned by the scheduled end date and end time listed on Turo, you will be charged an additional usage fee, a late fee, and an improper return fee. ( 👮🏻‍♂️ ) If you get a parking or traffic ticket, please pay the ticket right away. If you don't pay the ticket as soon as possible, we will get a copy of the ticket in the mail. You will then be charged the following on Turo: the cost of the ticket, all relevant processing fees administered by the issuing body, and a $30 processing fee per ticket. All tickets and fines incurred during your trip will be invoiced to you for payment after your trip has ended. 🎟️ - If you get a parking or traffic ticket, please pay the ticket right away. If you don't pay the ticket as soon as possible, we will get a copy of the ticket in the mail.     In case of an accident, the Turo Insurance ID Card is available on the app when you view the trip details. Please write down or take pictures of the vehicle info (VIN, license plate, and state of vehicle), driver license info (name, address, and driver license number), and insurance info (insurance company and policy number) of all parties involved. Please inform us of the details of the accident and share all relevant documents as soon as possible.   • ✈️ Do you have to pay parking fees to pickup/drop off at Airport parking lot ?

    Yes . For JFK Airport Pickup/DropOff - Please note that there is a cost to enter or exit the Airports paid parking facility that they charge. You can enter/exit using the EZ-Pass Toll lane. These costs will be billed to you after the end of your trip.
