Pet Policy: Unless otherwise specified, pets are not allowed in our vehicles to prevent potential allergies and keep the interiors pristine. 5. Driving Responsibly: Drive responsibly and obey all traffic laws and speed limits. Avoid aggressive driving to ensure everyone's safety. 6. Fuel and Mileage: Start your trip with a full tank of fuel and return the vehicle with the same level. Adhere to any specified mileage limits to avoid additional charges. 7. Vehicle Inspections: Conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle upon pickup and document any pre-existing damages with photos. Report any new damages to us and Turo immediately. 8. You will find a vehicle Incident Information Card in the glovebox in the event of an accident. 9. Communication: Maintain open communication with us throughout your rental period. Notify us immediately if any changes in the schedule occur. 11. Turo Policies: Familiarize yourself with Turo's terms and conditions and adhere to their guidelines during your rental. 12. Emergency Assistance: If you encounter any vehicle issues or emergencies during your trip, contact us or Turo's roadside assistance immediately. • How do airport parking and parking fees work?

  We operate a dedicated car rental service covering the Greater Seattle region on a full-time basis. Our team diligently tends to our vehicle fleet during standard business hours, seven days a week. Car deliveries are scheduled between 9 AM and 5 PM to streamline our focus on maintaining cleanliness and optimal conditions for our vehicles. As part of our commitment, we aim to deliver your vehicle to the airport as close to the agreed-upon time as feasible. In some cases, this might result in an early delivery to the airport, incurring a parking fee capped at $37. Rest assured, our priority remains providing efficient service while minimizing any additional costs for our customers. When it comes to airport pick-up and drop-off, your vehicle will be conveniently stationed in the main garage, conveniently situated directly across from the terminal. This location ensures a quick and easy walk without the need for any shuttle service. Upon returning the vehicle to the airport, simply park in the same garage and inform us of the spot number. Leave the parking ticket on the center console, return the key to its original location, and ensure the doors are securely locked. We cover the return parking fee if the vehicle is returned at the originally scheduled time and location. However, returning the vehicle earlier than planned may incur a return parking fee. If you anticipate an early return, please inform us promptly so we can adjust our return timing accordingly. We'll notify you at that point if any parking fee applies, based on our schedule. Any change in location for a return during your trip may result in additional parking fees.
