What a horrific first Turo experience. I used this because their was not a single traditional rental car in Orlando. To start out the delivery was an hour late, which cause me to miss the entire reason I flew down. The gas tank was half full and I got knocked with $120 delivery fee that I either completely missed, or was cleverly hidden. They drove the car up from Tampa for a 20 hour rental, why is that even an option??!! I spent 30 min waiting for customer service, and nothing... then chatted with multiple folks, some of who simply ignored me. What a dumpster fire
