Very average. It did the job but I would NOT rent it again. I drove up north and it was NOT a smooth ride. The steering wheel is very wiggly. I think that's due to the suspension on the car. But I personally did not enjoy it. Also, I rolled all the windows up and it still sounded like Air was coming through. This is definitely not a quiet ride. The host was not friendly. He never checked on us to make sure everything was okay and he didn't bother to go over the basics of the car when I first arrived to pick it up. His customer service skills could use some work. It would also have been nice to know that an Air Tag was in the car. My phone notified me every time I got in the car.

Joe was very helpful and walked me through the 4wd specifics and other specifics off the vehicle, which ran great and provided great confidence while traveling over dirt, rock, muddy and gravel roads. This ride will get you where you need to go.
