Yijun was great. Car was fun to drive and all was good. Only problem was the AC had just been “fixed” but obviously not correctly since there was just outside temp air coming in. However, Yinjun was quite apologetic and made it right by me. Great customer service.

Car pickup was easy, getting the location and pickup info from Yijun at SeaTac airport parking garage. This was my first experience driving an EV and it was great! We had to pay for charging at one hotel and got free charging at another hotel. Only one stop to charge along the highway and we got from 20% to 90% charge during a 1 hour meal. The only issue we had was that the air conditioning did not work as expected. We drove through interior Washington for a few hours during 90 degree temperatures and it would have been nice to have better AC performance. It felt like the car was just blowing outside air through the air conditioner and not really cooling it off much. Maybe a user error, since the climate control settings are a little complicated on this car.
