Be careful when booking thru this person/company.
The car we picked up had duct tape on the broken charger door and many dings and scratches and was not cleaned inside at pick up.
We use turo when we travel ND have exper3ince with several.different hosts: this car should be out of service until it's fixed. In addition, yijun continued to make me feel like I was complaining and in the wrong for not wanting a damaged vehicle I couldn't even charge.
This host needs customer service training and a realistic view of what is acceptable for renting out.

We were completely transparent about the car's condition before the trip. It’s not a brand new car (with normal wear and tear and charging is working 100%
Turo proved the customer lying about car condition by looking at her checkin pictures and re-listed the car. She flagged the car as a retaliation of not getting curbside delivery service, which is not even allowed at Seattle Airport. And she refused our parking garage delivery service.
