Car was dirty, 2nd row is not adjustable and there is no leg room in third row. And turo does not respond when you telephone them with a problem and makes you wait for up to 45 minutes on hold. And, then does not send a confirmation for your phone calls. The problem I have is mostly with Turo. Unacceptable follow through and responsiveness to those in need of support. Beware.
