Only thing was we didn’t realize we had to take a shuttle to pick up the car.

Rafael really came through for us with a last minute rental after a different owner cancelled on us suddenly. The car was terrific, clean, runs great, plenty of room for passengers and luggage. The SBA parking was really full, so we took the shuttle to pick up the car at the long term lot. This was really easy, the shuttle runs frequently and it's only a mile or two to the lot, so it took a few extra minutes but no big deal. On return we found a space in the regular lot and it was really easy. Great communication, Rafael always answered questions quickly. We would definitely rent again. Thank you!
