After a cancelation from my previous rental, my host Brandhen was responsive and on time to get me in his 2022 vihicle. He is very responsive to my messages sent through Turo. He also answered any of my phone calls. The car was a pleasure to drive and very comfortable, especially for a bigger guy like me. I highly recommend Brandhen for his rentals, and I will definitely rent from him again.

Wow. What customer service. Last trips with Turo and different hosts out of SJC were bad. They parked the car at the very outer part of a parking lot which was bad with the bags and all. Plus the app would not work with the other host and the car wouldn’t open. BUT…Brendan pulled up with the clean car right at the Uber spot and handed me the keys and picked it up from me at the Southwest curbside checkin within seconds of me parking. Will only use his cars in the future. Thanks BRENDHEN!!!

Brandhen is a great host!! Car was sparkling clean. He was very punctual with drop off and pick up. Communication was great and overall a smooth process. Would recommend anytime!!

Honesty, I rent from turo for work almost every week while I’m traveling and this was BY FAR the easiest and most convenient pick up and drop off I’ve ever had. So kind, the car was great. 10/10.
