VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: The Nissan Pathfinder is one of the most popular SUVs in its class. This family hauler is clean, well maintained and in excellent condition. It floats on the road, has extremely comfortable heated leather seats and great gas mileage. The 360 degree around view backup camera makes parking a breeze. I love driving it for short family road trips and family events. It has been extremely reliable and a joy to drive. It has plenty of power for passing on the highway. The third row seats are easily accessible with a pull of a leaver and are foldable for extra cargo. CLEANLINESS: Many people are worried about renting vehicles for the holidays because of C-19 and the various more harmful strains. As your Turo All-Star Host, I insure integrity and cleanliness over all! I insure that this vehicle will be sanitized inside and out. I use an ozone generator machine to purify the air, AC system and surfaces. I also wipe/disinfect commonly touched surfaces according to Turo's cleaning standards before every trip. (steering wheel, seatbelts, buttons, door handles, etc.) I can't speak for the integrity of other hosts out there though and good luck with run-of-the-mill rental car companies if you can find a car. So many of my guest tell me how clean this vehicle is compared to other vehicles they rented on Turo. My All Star reviews speak for themselves. I will always go above and beyond to serve my guests as much as possible. The Pathfinder’s Exterior/Interior will be cleaned and sanitized before every pickup. It will also have a full tank of gas. Please refuel the tank to the same level that you received it before drop off to avoid any overage charges from Turo. GUIDELINES: • SMOKING/VAPING/DRUGS & PETS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED in all vehicles and you will be heavily fined by Turo if the policies are violated. • NO EARLY PICKUPS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Guests are not covered by Turo insurance before allotted pickup times. You must communicate with me first and then change your trip start time to reflect an earlier pickup time if needed. • APPROVED DRIVERS CANNOT PICKUP OR RETURN THE VEHICLE. Only the Primary Guest driver can pickup and return it. The handoff location will be in the GUEST PARKING LOT located on WHITE PEACH WAY & SNOWFLAKE WAY ENTERING COMPLEX FROM BERRYESSA RD: Enter the complex by turning right onto Pepper Rd. Then turn left onto Snowflake Way until you reach the GUEST PARKING LOT on WHITE PEACH WAY. ENTERING COMPLEX FROM N. JACKSON AVE: Enter the complex by turning onto Pepper Rd. You should see a sign that says Cherry Blossom at Pepper Lane. Continue straight and turn right onto Snowflake Way until you reach the GUEST PARKING LOT on WHITE PEACH WAY.

Only the Primary Guest driver can pickup and return it. Turo is very strict with this rule. There will be absolutely no exceptions to this rule. • DRINKING/SMOKING/VAPING/DRUG USE & PETS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED in all vehicles and you will be heavily fined by Turo if the policies are violated. Remember this is not a vehicle from a normal rental car company. These are peoples personal vehicles that are rented to the public. Please take good care of this vehicle and remove all trash and personal belongings before checkout. • This is a large vehicle please make sure you use the Around View Backup Camera for parking and backing up. If you press the camera button you can view two modes one for top view and one for the right side curb view. You can even use it while driving at speeds of 1 - 10 Mph. Because of this there is no need to hit anything while parking or backing up. You will be charged if any damage is incurred. • Please do not lean against the vehicle. Certain clothes with buttons and zippers can scratch the paint. • Be careful when loading and walking around the vehicle especially if you are carrying a purse or other baggage. You or your guests can inadvertently scratch the paint while walking around it and loading the vehicle.   • How do I start the car?

    Hold the break while pushing the "Start/Stop Button" located to the right of the steering wheel.

  • How do I activate Bluetooth Hands Free Phone & Music option?

    On the center console press the settings button/Bluetooth/Connect Bluetooth, then follow the screen prompts. The system will search for your phone. On your phone look for “MY-CAR” when requested by your phone, enter the PIN 1234. Done. Once connected your selected phone name will appear in the Bluetooth Connected devices menu. There you can select multiple devices to connect if needed. PLEASE NOTE: If Hands Free music doesn’t play automatically after selecting a song on your phone. Please press the DISC-AUX button on the radio controls and cycle through the settings until you get to “Bluetooth Audio”, then your music selection will start playing.

  • How do I use the backup camera?

    This is a large vehicle please make sure you use the Around View Backup Camera for parking and backing up. It automatically comes on while backing up. There will be an audible beep if you're too close to an object while backing up. Which makes parking a breeze. If you press the camera button you can view two modes one for top view and one for the right side curb view. You can even use it while driving at speeds of approximately 1 - 10 Mph. Because of this there is no need to hit anything while parking or backing up.

  • Can my Approved driver pickup and return the vehicle without the Primary Guest?

    APPROVED DRIVERS CANNOT PICKUP OR RETURN THE VEHICLE. Only the Primary Guest driver can pickup and return it. Turo is very strict with this rule. There will be absolutely no exceptions to this rule.

Our experience was top notch! Scott provided excellent service in accommodating to our needs, keeping up with Covid standards, providing water and hand sanitizer for us. His car is clean, like brand new car clean (don’t let the age fool you). It is well maintained and drives like a dream! The gas mileage was great too. We loved the convenience of being so close to the San Jose Airport for pickup and drop off. All in all it was the best experience renting a vehicle I have ever had, even over any established chain rental company. Plus, the price doesn’t compare, it’s a great deal! Scott went above and beyond to make sure we were set for our trip and we are grateful all went smoothly. Will definitely rent from him again next time we are in the Bay.

At first I was so hesitant, not sure bout this Turo thing. But then after I read all the reviews and 5star rating for Scott, me and my wife gave it a try! We didn’t regret renting his car. Very clean and Scott made sure that the car (outside and inside) has been sanitized. The car smells brand new too. Drives very smooth and plus points, with complimentary drinking bottles and cord charger/mount for my phone ;) We’ll definitely rent his car again! Thank tou again, Scott!
