When I got the car, the back tire was at 21 PSI (it's supposed to be 35). The car notified me this right when I drove off the lot. I informed Ray and he told me to either go pump it up somewhere or drive it back to get it pumped. I asked him if I can just switch cars and he said no. I came back to his lot to see if his employee could pump it up. She didn't really know how to so I had to do it for them. It was a huge inconvenience to do this as when you get a car you expect it to be in top condition. I asked Ray if there was anyway he could accommodate for the inconvenience and instead he left me on read. Ray's customer service was poor, he should have done more to satisfy his customer. But I guess that's what separates the good from the bad.🤷 This was a bad experience for my first time experiencing Turo. I think I'll just stick to car rentals.

I normally wouldn't NEVER leave a bad review at all. I'll just keep it moving and never rent from the person again. But, I have to say something regarding renting from this specific person. Ray's communication was great! That wasn't the problem. The problem was when I finally arrive to get the truck. I read the trip rules properly about how to maintain the car or you'll be responsible for this and that. Which was fine. The issue is.. Ray wants the car to be tidy or if it's unreasonably dirty it's a $250 fine. Which is okay! That's his rules. The issue is. The truck was dirty inside out (I HAVE PICTURES AS PROOF). The car wasn't vacuum properly or not vacuumed at all. The inside window's were so dirty! I couldn't see out the windows really. I had to pull over and wipe the front window so I can see clearly. That's how dirty the window were. Inside and outside. The back seat where You lock the seat belt. Food was all in there as well as trash. I'm not sure if someone rented out this car with kids. But, food and trash was all in there! Just nasty. On the passenger door. It was a pink broken beauty blender on the side of the door. The one you use to blend your makeup in with. The engine light was on. How do you rent someone a car. With the engine light on? I really didn't drive anywhere. I was scared because that light was on. He never told me the light was on in the truck. Even before I pulled off. I even uploaded pics of the engine light on, he checked the pictures before he sent me the code. He still didn't say nothing. So basically, I had a rental but, couldn't go to far. I was scared the car might stop on me. I kept hearing knocking underneath the truck. Here and there! Not sure what it was. The truck was to nice to be having issues/ or minor issues and being rented out in this condition. I'm not sure if the engine light is connected to the gas in any way. I'm no mechanic at all. I really didn't drive anywhere. The gas was leaving out the truck fast. I was driving maybe 7 mins here, or 25 mins there. I was so confused! That truck eats up gas bad. Although, Ray gave me this truck in a bad manner. Since this is business and I'm not a evil person. I still cleaned the truck inside and out (PROPERLY). And filled the gas back up and placed it back in the correct spot. How I returned the truck. That's how it should've been giving to me, but it wasn't. I hate to leave a bad review. I had to make this known.
