Norman was super helpful throughout the pickup and drop off processes. He was also very quick to respond whenever I had questions. He was the reason that our wonderful, week-long vacation in Utah was possible! Would definitely rent from him again if I returned to Salt Lake City.

Norman is very responsive as a host. The car was very clean and worked great!! It was perfect for me, my wife and our 6 year old. The snow feature on the Tucson work wonderful for the conditions.. We have the same vehicle but just no snow, so never got to use that feature lol. Our flight was delayed but Norman still said it was no issue. I would recommend definitely! Thanks for helping us have an awesome trip.
