The car worked well. There was no window washing fluid which made mountain driving difficult. There was prompt communication from host but this information was sometimes in conflict with auto prompts that were sent out.

Didn’t like how I had to call Turo

The car was clean, drove well and suited our needs perfectly. Pick up was easy and having flown in to Reno, the pick up and drop off location was very convenient. My only issue is that I could not locate the odometer, and although I asked Herick how to find it a couple of times, i did not get an answer. Ordinarily I would not care about the odometer, but there was a 200 mile per day limit and I wanted to be able to take a photo of it so I had proof that I didn’t exceed this limit. I was not charged any excess, so all good in the end.
