Stephen did not show up nor answer his phone for the original pickup time. He did try to fix this by delivering the car to me, but Turo had disabled the vehicle. The car was great for what I needed, but a little banged and scratched. For return, I messaged him the night before about the time to drop off the vehicle at his work. The morning of return, I messaged on the app, texted, and left a voicemail, all with no response.

Stephen is an excellent host. Really Enjoyed renting his CX-5 for a day. The car was clean and a blast to drive. It also has all the latest safety features and a Bose audio. Highly recommend renting his SUV.
