Ian was fantastic! Outstanding in ever aspect and certainly the best customer service we've ever experienced. He made what can be a chaotic experience (airport rental cars) a totally stress-free experience. Would be thrilled to use Ian again!

Ian was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He made sure I knew everything there was to know about the vehicle. He was punctual in the drop off and pick up process, making this a very convenient experience for me. Also, the vehicle is in great condition. It was hard to see it go! Ian definitely made this trip a stress free one. With clean towels, water, Lysol wipes and meeting me at the airport, it was an excellent rental. Great communication, detailed, checked in and gave good counsel on apps to download...just truly an awesome trip. Thanks Ian!!
