NO SMOKING 🚭
My cars are smoke and pet free. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed. A $250 Smoking fee will be applied to your Turo Reservation if there is any smoke smell.
Where is the Pickup point?
For your convenience, we offer vehicle delivery throughout various destinations: - Our location: Pick up at our location (Free of charge.) - Guest’s Location: Get the vehicle delivered to your address (Delivery fee Charged). - Airport: Get the vehicle delivered at the airport (Delivery fee Charged). - Various hotels in Downtown and Oakland (Delivery fee Charged)
What is the procedure for toll road charges?
For your convenience, the vehicles are set up with a Toll by Plate. You are able to use the tolls, however, please expect to be charged for the tolls you use. As soon as we receive the statement, we will request reimbursement from the app.
How many miles I can drive per day?
Millage is limited to 200 miles/day and you will be charged at per mile rate if you go over the allotted miles per trip.
