Re-Fueling ⛽️
The vehicle is provided with fuel and should be returned with an equal fuel level. If you don't want to go through the hassle of filling the fuel back up we can take care of that, there will be an additional convenience fee of $10 plus the gas invoice. Note: The grade level for fuel can be easily found as the gas tank cover (premium or regular).
Do I have to pay for delivery?
For your convenience, we offer vehicle delivery throughout various destinations: - Our location: Pick up at our location (Free of charge.) - Guest’s Location: Get the vehicle delivered to your address (Delivery fee Charged). - Airport: Get the vehicle delivered at the airport (Delivery fee Charged). - Various hotels in Downtown and Oakland (Delivery fee Charged)
Can I smoke in this vehicle?
My cars are smoke and pet free. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed. A $250 Smoking fee will be applied to your Turo Reservation if there is any smoke smell.
What is the procedure for toll costs?
For your convenience, the vehicles are set up with a Toll by Plate. You are able to use the tolls, however, please expect to be charged for the tolls you use. As soon as we receive the statement, we will request reimbursement from the app.
