You’re going to love driving my 2020 Tesla Model Y. This model Y is the long range model and was purchased with the “full self-driving” feature. I love the metallic grey on this car accompanied with the 20” black wheels! It drives super smooth and the speed and torque really surprises you. The vehicle gets disinfected and thoroughly cleaned after every rental so you can always expect it to be extremely clean upon arrival. Easy pickup/dropoff process for guests flying into Sky Harbor for a delivery fee. Tesla offers so many cool features, and it’d be impossible to go over everything in this description! I always aim to exceed expectations with my guests and approach each rental with a goal of getting 5 stars from you! Thanks for considering my listing! We Use 12V Ozone Generator, No. ART67-12, is designed to kill all bacteria, mold, viruses, allergens, and odors on contact. It can assist with sanitizing vehicles before customers arrive to pick them up.

I booked the car for 2 days. I picked the car on time. The car was not clean and sanitized as the app promised. Low tire pressure indicator was on. Informed the host but he did care and said he filled it couple of days ago. The windshield had a crack and there were few scratches on the exterior. Not an issue. What was surprising is the condition of the tires, fairly worn out for a car with 22k miles. I asked the host for help to navigate the center screen since this was my first time driving a Tesla, he said there are way too many things to go over and I should just figure it out as I goIt took me and my friend few minutes to figure out how to put the car in gear to drive. The drive to my destination was very noisy. The car rattled as if there are lose panels some where and I felt every pump and pothole on the road. I attributed that noise to the fact it was a performance version of Tesla model Y. When I reached my destination I decided to recharge the car and sanitize the interior since the car was not clean to the standard I expected during COVID pandemic. I couldn’t find to off button, so I text the host for help. While getting ready to enter my next destination on the navigation, I noticed the screen was jittery and the navigation map was not showing my location. I tried few times to rest to my location but I got a different destination each time I touched navigate button. The screen continued to be jittery even after I turned the car off and back on. I contacted the host to see what I was doing wrong and he said he never experienced that and I can return the car. I took his advice and decided to return the car to be on the safe side. I did not feel safe driving a car that depends heavily on a consolidated controls screen, sophisticated navigation and autopilot driving. That is not why I am giving the experience one star. The one star is due to the horrible communication and customer service I received from Cory and Turo customer support. Cory agreed that I can return the car but did not indicate I will be charged for full day of use. I picked it up around 10:00am and returned it around 11:38am. I have the time tagged records to prove it. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t allow you to back tag the return time once it passed that time. I contacted Cory for refund for the first day and he responded that it is out of his hands and I need to contact Turo customer service. I spent most of Saturday on the phone or chat with different agents at Turo and each will take my information and then declare that the issue should be addressed with a different department and send me a link or phone number to contact. I final on Saturday talked to an agent that said I will get a refund once Cory confirm he has the car back. Waited for few hours and I contacted Turo via email to ask for status. On Sunday I received a response from a different agent requesting prove of mechanical problems with the vehicle. I sent her all the pictures and correspondence I have. Nothing was heard back. Today, Tuesday I contacted customer service again, this time the agent said she can’t help me I I need to contact billing via chat for status. Contacted billing and the finally said they are not issuing a refund because the host, Cory did not approve it. So the host lied to me when he said it is out of his hands. And Tour agent lied to me when he said he just need confirmation from Cory that he has the car. I contacted Cory again and this time he admitted that he didn’t approve the refund because he disagreed that the car had cleanliness or other issues. I finally had to call my credit card company to step in. So for renting the car for 2 hours and not enjoying it, I am charged $263 and the headache of terrible customer service. And hence the one star rating.
