Guidelines
-Smoking of any kind for any reason is not allowed. Extremely sensitive to smoke, if there is even a hint of cigarette or marijuana smell, there will be a $250 fee for cleaning. Thank you for understanding. - We welcome you to bring your furry friend with you on your trip. Please be sure to add the "Pet Fee" Upgrade. Failure to add the pet fee will result in cleaning violation fees if evidence of your pet is found. -Please bring back with at least 80% charge level (or at least what you received at if it was less than 80% at pickup) to avoid a convenience fee being charged. -Any Tesla supercharging or charging used will be billed directly to you at cost at the end of your trip. -Tire tread depth will be measured before and after your trip. Excessive wear caused by drifting, track use or other extreme activities will be subject to additional fees. - Off-roading is not permitted. Per Turo policy, any dirt roads are also considered "Off-Road" and is not permitted.

Q: I'm taking a long road trip, how can I charge it?
A: Easy! Just enter your final destination into the navigation, and if charging is needed, the Tesla will automatically include charging stops and even add the expected charging time to your trip. Most charging stops at a supercharger average about 30 minutes or less.
What charge level do I need to return it with?
If the car is returned with 80% or greater charge level, there is no fee. If you receive the car with less than 80% charge and return it with at least the same level, there is no fee. Returned with above 50% is a $10 recharging fee, and if it is returned with above 10% it is a $20 recharging fee. If the car is returned with less than 10%, a $50 penalty fine will be charged.
Q: Is it expensive to charge? Is charging free?
A: Charging at a supercharging station is not free. However, it is much cheaper than gas. While supercharging is the fastest and most convenient way to charge, there are many free chargers available, they’re just slower.
Q: Is it hard to drive?
A: No. You will be provided tutorial videos that teach you how to use the details of the car, like autopilot, but the driving still has two pedals and a steering wheel :) Tutorials are also available here: https://www.tesla.com/support/model-y-videos
