 2. Pets: Unless explicitly stated by the host, pets are generally not allowed in Turo vehicles.  3. Off-Roading and Racing: Engaging in off-roading or racing activities is strictly prohibited in Turo vehicles.  5. Illegal Activities: Engaging in any illegal activities while in possession of a Turo vehicle is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, transporting illegal substances, or using the vehicle for any criminal purposes. Violation of this guideline may result in immediate termination of your Turo account and legal consequences.
 6. Excessive Dirt or Damage: While we understand that some wear and tear is inevitable during the course of a rental, it's important to treat the rented vehicle with care. Returning the vehicle excessively dirty, with significant stains, or with damage beyond normal wear and tear is not permitted. It's your responsibility to ensure the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was received, excluding any pre-existing damage documented in the vehicle's listing.
