Q: I'm flying into Phoenix, I'll be tired and maybe a bit cranky. Can I pick up the car at the airport? A: Yes! Make sure you select Airport Delivery and from the moment you book, we'll be in regular communication to make sure all details are covered so you can relax and check one more thing off your planning list. When you exit the parking garage at the airport, you will have a charge of up to $16 you will be responsible for. Q: I smoke, will that be a problem? A: Yes! She is extremely sensitive to smoke and has been known to become quite irritable in the presence of smoking. If there is even the slightest hint of cigarette smell, we will charge a $150 fee. Q: Are you flexible on pick-up / drop-off times? A: Absolutely, as long as I am informed ahead of time. Sometimes I have back to back rentals, so please keep me in the loop if you need to extend the rental or can’t return the car on time. Q: I have a question that you weren't smart enough to pre-answer, is there any hope for me? A: No... unless you message me, in which case I will DEFINITELY get your question answered. Please don't ask me for marriage advice or how to parent a teenager. Any other topic is fair game though. *Please bring the car back clean and filled up (additional fees may incur if the gas tank is not full, or if the vehicle requires extensive cleaning) Sara and I look forward to helping you with your rental car needs for a flawless booking and Turo experience!

I've rented from this owner before and typically my experience is always delightful. However, this time was very frustrating the people who had reserved the vehicle before me didnt return I on time which then the owner canceled my already paid reservation leaving me waiting for it to be returned. Finally when it was returned the app did not update letting me know the new pick up time was approved. Then during my trip thr vehicle began to overheat causing concern and ending with me canceling my trip which was the whole reason why i purchased the vehicle. Just before returning the vehicle the owner gave me a hour warning to make sure I dont run late given the car has back to back reservations threatening a $50per hr late fee. Finally after the being only 10-15 min late I was contacted by the owners stating that their partner reported smoke remanence in the vehicle which is by far impossible given I've never smoked let alone in a rental car. That's a obvious fee that I'm not willing to pay. All in all this experience has now changed my mind on renting vehicle through Turo completely. Wish there was a way to file a complaint or dispute charges, at least some sort of refund.
