These guys were fantastic from the jump! They helped me through back to back rentals and it was seamless. Each of the guys that helped me were awesome. Would totally use Hart again anytime I'm in Phoenix!

This was my first experience with Turo and it wasn’t the best. In terms of the pros: check in was a very easy process, the location of the vehicle was easy to find, and the vehicle ran well. The major con was the cleanliness of the vehicle - there were massive staining on all the seats of this vehicle (so much so I had to double check the listing to ensure that I did not overlook them) and while it did not cause me to cancel my booking because it would have interrupted other plans I had for the weekend it was kind of gross. The vehicle otherwise was not cleaned before I received it (there was a hair comb between the trunk door and lining and the interior glass has streaks on one side as if someone used a wet napkin to clean it. Also, the oil change indicator was on as well. Overall the car ran well, but it was not the experience I was hoping to have paid for.

Everything was great except for that I paid for it to be delivered to me and they canceled my delivery the day before. Yes they refunded my delivery fee but it was a huge inconvenience.
