CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR CARS RETURNED IN UNCLEAN CONDITION* *if necessary car may be brought to nearby SOUTHPORT PLAZA CAR WASH @ 1600 S Columbus Blvd for $8 wash and free vacuum. Thanks!

I totally screwed up and forgot what day I was supposed to return the vehicle and what day my flight left. The owner of the vehicle texted me to clarify the situation and explain to me that I needed to return it. I ended up having to return it 2 hours late but everything worked out just fine. The vehicle is fantastic and everything worked the way it should.

The top was very loose and it caused a lot of wind noise.. I was 10 mins early and the host made me wait 10 mins after trip began before receiving instructions for pick up.

Not quite accurate report of events.
You were 45 mins early - trip cannot start before schedule unless changed ahead of time as we advised you for insurance purposes. We had you start as scheduled for insurance coverage (not 10 mins late). Also you asked that we not reattach the roof because you were fine and wanted to go.
Otherwise great having you and look forward to having you again!
