This was my first time renting a car this way. Gustavo was great in his responsiveness and his punctuality. With a flight involved, this was my biggest concern in having to rely on a stranger to be responsible and on time.. and I needn’t have worried with Gustavo. He was so friendly and helpful too. If we’re ever in West Palm Beach area again, we’ll definitely rent from him again!
Marck was at the airport when my flight landed and at the terminal when I arrive for my departure . Marck was extremely accommodating !! So much easier then dealing with car rentals companies ! I will definitely use Turo and Marck’s vehicle again!
Harold was by far the best host we've experienced in Turo. We suggest renting any of his cars when you're in the area. The Jeep we rented was exactly what we were looking for, we never drove once without opening the roof. Again, we 100% recommend going with Harold!

Great car, very friendly and helpful host. Edwin was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to drop the car off at my home. He was also extremely responsive when I had questions about features in the car, responding almost immediately. One thing to be aware of is that this Range Rover does not have Apple CarPlay which was a feature I was specifically looking for. But that being said I’m sure it was an honest mistake, plus there is GPS and Bluetooth so you can still listen to music and get around easily. I’ll definitely be back when I need a car again. Brand new vehicle with under 7,000 miles. Car is flawless and Harold and his team are awesome! They dropped off the vehicle right at the airport passenger pick up spot. Harold was a perfect host! He was there waiting when our plane landed (even though it came in earlier than expected!) He is very meticulous with every detail. He thoroughly walked us through everything and was very helped prior to meeting him at the air port. We decided to drop the car off a few hours earlier then planned, and he accommodated that and anything else we needed. Deff reccomend! Loved the jeep also! I was so happy with this service. It was wonderful to avoid the rental car line get picked up immediately at the airport. I rented Marck’s VW Tiguan which was in pristine condition. I was so impressed with Marck’s dedication, flexibility and professionalism and will absolutely rent from him in the future. HIGHLY recommend!
Renting this car was an amazing experience. Not only was the car in amazing condition, but the engine and durability was amazing. This car barely uses any gas and will get you to your designation comfortably and safe. The owner of the car is extremely sweet and kind and will definitely accommodate you if need be. 5 out of 5 stars! I will defórmela be renting with them again.

Rodolfo was amazing from the beginning to end! The Jeep is amazing. It allowed us yo experience the essence of Palm Breach. He asked us what doors we wanted on and had them already to go. The pick and drop off process was simple. The truck did well on gas, and he gives enough mileage to work with. Would DEFINITELY rent from his fleet again.

Everything was how it should be in the ideal world - quick, easy, efficient, and troubleless. During the reservation I had a few questions and Marck alwayes responded very quickly. At pick up, Marck came directly to the terminal and after a quick inspection I was already in the driver's seat. The car was clean and well-maintained with low mileage. At drop off, everything was also quick and smoothly. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed driving Vladimir’s Volvo. It was a very smooth ride. Vladimir dropped off the car at the arrival gate and I was able to return the car to short term parking. I highly recommend Vladimir without any reservations.
