--Post trip cleaning-- We recommend you to add post cleaning to your trip. It will help you to make your trip more convenient and us to provide each guest with best service. Its really hard to find a good car wash near airport to to clean the car to same condition as you picked it up to provide it to next guest without additional cleaning. If you'll use car wash with our commercial account it will pass you without payment, but we'll charge cost of car wash during next month as received bills from car wash. --Tolls and parking-- All our cars are equipped with SunPass tags, and our guest can use Tolls without stopping and paying cash, we'll charge how much you spent at the end of your trip. All parking fees and violations during trip are under full guest responsibility. If your booking starts or ends at not working hours or holidays, car would be definitely parked at most convenient parking with pick up or drop off instructions and fees added to trip cost. It can be around 0-50$. --Smell or smoking-- Any odor from food or smoking would be fined 150$. The smell of marijuana 250$ fine. --Pets-- Our vehicles are pets friendly, but it shouldn't be any interior damages or animal hair or odor. Next renter may have allergy and it can be dangerous. It's not covering by basic post trip cleaning option and pets cleaning or repair is additional 50$ fine. --Vehicle settings and modes-- Our vehicles engines, transmissions, HVAC settings, sound equalizer and suspensions are set up in optimal mode for each ride, we kindly asking you to keep it in same positions and modes to prevent vehicles and their systems from faults or errors. AC are set up to recommended 72°F, air flow to Auto, engines and transmissions to comfort or Auto modes. We renting our cars out for regular rides, not for sport events, dance events or other not each day usage purposes. If you don't like our way to rent the cars, please rebook car from another host, don't book and then leave bad review if you don't like it from the very beginning. Thank you for understanding.
