Keys will be in vehicle in( ) You can access the vehicle no earlier then 30 minutes from the start of your trip. Once at the vehicle message us via the Turo app and we will unlock the vehicle for you. Please place key fob in same locating when dropping vehicle off and then message us via the Turo and and we will lock the doors for you.

CHARGING - The Orlando Metro Area has many supercharging stations. We recommend you use the Navigation System to find the nearest one to your location so that you can plan your trip accordingly. All you need to do is back up into the parking space and press the button on the top of the charging handle to open the charger’s door. Then, proceed to connect the charging cable to the charging port. A full supercharge can take between 30-45 mins. Once charging is complete, immediately disconnect the charging cable, and remove the car from the Supercharger parking space. *Important information Idle fees will be incurred if the car is not immediately moved from the Supercharger parking spot after charging is completed. Any, and all Tesla Supercharger idle fee incurred during the rental period will be billed to the renter at a rate of $1.00 per minute via the Turo app after the trip is completed. All Supercharging fees will be billed to the renter via Turo after the trip is completed. IMPORTANT INFO - Do not let the battery reach below 20%. The battery will suffer damage if dropped below 20%. • Billing for tolls

  Turo give hosts a 90-day window to bill for tolls because every transportation authority has a different billing cycle. That means your host may not receive official notice of a toll until long after your trip has ended. If a host sends you an invoice, Turo will notify you via email and display a notification in your Turo activity feed. You have 48 hours to pay or dispute the invoice.

• How airport drop off works

  When you book a trip and request airport drop off we will message you with instructions “This will be a contact free pick up. Please send me your airline and flight number. The car will be ready in the parking garage at the airport.” We will drop off the vehicles at your airlines parking terminal. If we are not updated with your airline within 24 hours of your trip start time we will drop off the vehicles at terminal B parking garage. * Airport delivery fee dose not include the cost of parking the vehicles at the airport parking garage. Guest are responsible for paying the parking fee when leaving the airport. Airport parking fees can range from 5$ to $20
