Renting this owners Jeep Wrangler through Turo turned out to be a nightmare that overshadowed my much-anticipated adventure. Initially drawn in by the appealing photos and glowing reviews, I quickly realized that the reality was far from the expectations. The owner was unresponsive, making communication a frustrating ordeal. When I finally picked up the vehicle, I discovered it was dirty, with empty wrappers and a musty smell that lingered uncomfortably. To make matters worse, I was hit with an unexpected $80 parking fee, and the owner provided vague instructions on where the Jeep was parked, leaving me wandering around aimlessly in search of it. Once I finally located the vehicle, I noticed it had mechanical issues, including an unsettling grinding noise when turning, which left me anxious about safety. What should have been a fun and exhilarating experience instead left me feeling stressed and cheated.

I understood we were obligated to pay for parking but I didn't know we would have to pay for 3 day parking BEFORE we even arrived which amounted to $42. Second, I also was not aware that we had to wait approximately 45 min for a shuttle to the West Parking Lot then ANOTHER 10-15 minutes to the actual parking lot. Per the description, i didn't know the rental would NOT be at the airport at time of arrival. Third, the vehicle was dirty, had an extremely terrible odor, and had a roach and bee inside the vehicle. Fourth, the vehicle had a deflated tire that was low at the start of just turning on the vehicle (very unsafe). Have rented from Turo before and experienced the complete opposite.

The experience I had was great! Ahmed was a great and very communicative host. The vehicle was clean and properly maintained. I had no issues with either the vehicle or host and would absolutely recommend anyone to rent out this Jeep for your travel needs! Locating the vehicle and returning the vehicle from the designated location was hassle free as well. Parking fee was adequately priced. When I return to Orlando, i’ll be sure to reserve this Jeep with Ahmed again!
