Great experience with the staff. The interior was pretty dusty and the back windows looked like they got licked by a dog. All minor things - I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this Jeep again.

I would definitely rent this jeep again, it has a fantastic looking and it was very pleasant to drive the it during my one week trip in Florida. Everyone that I met loved the car! However, as other renters have mentioned the passenger side step pedal is not working, it can be troublesome for a shorter person to get up and down. And another thing is that when I was picked up the car it has a strong smoke smell and cigarettes ashes were found on the driver side window, and hilarious it says that smoking is strictly prohibited in the car. I had to go get a air freshener and wipes for further clean by myself. Hope the clean process can be done better, other than that it was a wonderful experience and enhanced my trip experience.

Vehicle ran just fine, but the stepladder doesn’t work on the passenger side which is a challenge for my wife getting in and out and the driver side key remote doesn’t work so you have to lock that each time you get out by hand. The vehicle drove and handle just fine though.
