Worst experience I’ve ever had on Turo, if I could give this guy zero stars I would. I rented this vehicle for 5 days, and it got towed the very same day that I rented it. When I went to go get it back from the tow yard, I was told that the owner had to pick it up, not me. When I reach out to the owner, he told me that he would try his best to get the vehicle back to me the next day and never did. I got charged for all 5 days, I had to uber my way around the entire time. It has been over a week, I’ve tried reaching out to the owner many times after the incident and still till this day he has not answered my calls.
