Communication wasn’t the best. Simple copy and paste generic message with a name change. Not personable at all, did not provide pick up instructions until 15 minutes before pick-up time that definitely caused anxiety at the airport. Parking garage charged $4 an hour but had to pay $19 to exit. Car also has a lot of wear and tear -paint scratches, dents, ripped fabric and car was a bit shakey. It did get us from point A to point B. However, overall, will not rent here again.

This was my second trip using the 2018 Dodge Journey. Again, the car was clean and pickup at the airport was so simple. As soon as my flight landed, Justin messaged me to let me know where the car was parked. No long lines to stand in, just a short walk to the parking garage to pick up the car and I was on my way.
